**Q: What is PMC?**
A: PMC (Project Management Companion) is our construction intelligence
platform. It uses 13 specialised AI agents to help construction teams
manage projects, analyse delays, handle procurement, manage contracts,
and produce stakeholder reports. It integrates with Primavera P6 and
supports FIDIC and PMBOK frameworks.

**Q: Does PKAILabs build WhatsApp AI?**
A: Yes, as part of PKCHAT. Our chat platform supports WhatsApp Business
API integration. Your customers interact with a trained AI assistant on
WhatsApp in English and Urdu, with human handoff when the AI isn't
confident. WhatsApp, web chat, and voice are live.

A: Yes. All PKAILabs products can be deployed on your own infrastructure,
in a private cloud, or in a hybrid configuration. Your data does not
leave your environment unless you choose otherwise.

**Q: What languages do your AI systems support?**
A: English and Urdu. We train on your language data to ensure
industry-accurate responses in both languages.

**Q: How is data kept secure?**
A: We use role-based access control, encryption, and tenant isolation.
For sensitive deployments, we recommend on-premise or private cloud so
your data never leaves your servers.

**Q: Do you use OpenAI or run your own models?**
A: We support multiple deployment models. We can use your existing LLM
provider, deploy open-source models privately, or build hybrid setups.
