Data Deletion Instructions

PKAILabs allows you to request deletion of your personal data at any time. This page is the dedicated instruction URL for Meta App Review and for anyone who has interacted with our website, WhatsApp assistants, or WhatsApp Flow forms.

These instructions cover data held by PKAILabs. Message delivery on WhatsApp is also governed by Meta's own policies. For how we collect and use data in general, see our Privacy Policy.

• WhatsApp conversation history with our AI assistants
• Information submitted via WhatsApp Flow forms (for example name, contact details, booking or service-request details)
• Associated contact information stored on our systems (phone number, email, name)
• Website contact-form submissions associated with your email or phone number

Send a request using either of the following methods:

• We confirm receipt within 48 hours.
• We complete deletion of applicable data within 30 days.
• You receive a confirmation once deletion is complete.

Some data may be retained where required by law (for example fraud prevention or legal compliance) even after a deletion request, but will no longer be used for any other purpose.

If you messaged a clinic, shop, or other business that uses PKAILabs, that business is the controller of the conversation for its own records. We will delete the copy we hold and notify the business of your request when we can identify them from the number you provide.
